What we did: Research, Alignment Documentation, Comprehensive Plan

Mudsock Youth Athletics (MYA) needed to manage growth from a new recreation center and adult sports programs. We developed a strategic roadmap using Systems and Design Thinking, focusing on short-term actions and long-term vision. Key recommendations included maintaining MYA’s focus on youth sports, aligning with its mission. The final deliverable was a flexible five-year plan for sustainable growth.

What we did: Stakeholder Research, Campaign Development and Creative Production

Special Olympics Indiana faced a challenge in recruiting and retaining coaches for their statewide year-round sports programs. They needed an impactful way to raise awareness and attract new coaches. We created the “Be Our Coach” campaign, using video, photography, narrative content, and social promotion. This strategy effectively addressed their recruitment crisis by engaging potential coaches, highlighting their essential role and driving interest. 

USA Hockey

What we did: Media Day, Content Creation, Docuseries Production

USA Hockey aimed to drive awareness for the 2024 IIHF Women's World Championship in Utica, NY, while connecting with fans as the Women's team defended their title. They needed a compelling way to capture the passion of their mission. We produced “Defending Their Ice,” a powerful docuseries that aired on NHL Network, showcasing the heart of the team and the soul of the sport, bringing their championship pursuit to life.

What we did: Stakeholder Research, Brand Identity Refresh (visual and messaging)

Be Nimble faced the challenge of elevating Black and Latinx talent while raising awareness of industry inequities. They needed a stronger brand identity to effectively communicate their mission. Through research, content strategy, and bold graphic design, we developed a brand promise that strengthened Be Nimble's message and positioned them as a leader in advocating for diversity in the workforce.

What we did: Strategic Facilitation, Video Production, Communication Strategy

Diversified sought to grow awareness and strengthen their brand through storytelling at industry events and key partnerships, while showcasing their innovations. To support this, we traveled across the country capturing stories from their employees and customers, highlighting their expertise and impact. At InfoComm 2024, the world’s largest pro A/V tradeshow, we partnered with them to create a strategic awareness campaign with video production and social promotion, ensuring they engaged their audience during the event and extended their reach long after.

What we did: Stakeholder Research, Brand Identity Refresh (visual and messaging)

Indianapolis Public Library sought to elevate its brand messaging and voice, as they have served Indianapolis for over 150 years. They needed to better understand the public’s needs and perceptions to raise awareness of their services and programs. Through active listening and deep research, we uncovered key insights and worked with the Library to craft a welcoming brand identity that resonates with all of the city’s residents.
